Ashok K. Kanodia - Managing Director and Chairman of the Board
Mr. Ashok Kanodia is the Founder and Managing Director of Precision Electronics Ltd. since 1979. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Since its inception, Mr. Kanodia has promoted the company to new heights and a wide range of products and customers.
His leadership extends to shaping National Policies and Regulations as Member of the IT/Telecom Hardware Task Force set up by the Prime Minister of India and as President of the Telecommunication Equipment Manufacturers Association (TEMA) of India. He served back-to-back terms from 1999-2001.
He is currently the Chairman of the Specialist group on Defence Communications and Information Warfare of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), an apex Forum for Industry in India and has made several contributions as industry representative in CII-Defence seminars, exhibitions and delegations around the world.
He is one of the four industry representative in the "Kelkar Committee" set up by the Defence Minister 'Towards strengthening self-reliance in Defence preparedness'. The committee's focus has been to recommend policy measures for greater involvement of the Private industry in National defence capability building.

Pradeep K. Kanodia - Executive Director and Member of the Board
Mr. Pradeep Kanodia has been the Executive Director of Precision Electronics Ltd. since 1979 and looks after the day-to-day commercial and administrative functioning of the company. He is also on the Board of Directors.
He draws upon his prior experience of managing an export house in Calcutta and has added tremendous value over the 20 years that he has been with Precision Electronics Ltd.
Born in Calcutta, India on March 2, 1955 he earned a B.Com. (Hons) degree from St. Xavier's College, Calcutta.
Nikhil Kanodia - President & CTO
Mr. Nikhil Kanodia joined PEL in November 2002 and heads the company's Design & Engineering and Tech Support groups.
He earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, USA. Research interests included mobile (ad-hoc) networks and RF propagation in buildings for unlicensed bands.
He worked at Fujitsu Network Communications in Texas, USA for 4 years where he contributed in developing next generation optical transmission products. He also contributed significantly to the research of Gigabit Ethernet technology and holds an Intellectual Patent for his invention on "Gigabit Ethernet Link Aggregation."
He was born in Calcutta, India on November 12, 1976.
Vidur Kanodia - Chief Officer IT & PCB Head
Mr. Vidur Kanodia joined PEL in August 2005 and heads the company's Information Technology and PCB Division.
He graduated from University of Sydney, Australia with a Bachelor of Engineering degree,Major in E-Commerce.
He worked under Prof. Rafael Calvo at University of Sydney, Australia and was responsible for translating the Indian (Hindi) version of .LRN for Open Architecture Community System (OpenACS) along with identifying key issues that can help the growth of .LRN and E-learning in India. Research also included in finding solutions for Hindi based data input on legacy systems (since hindi is a multi-byte character language and standard input methods would not work).
He is currently one of the elected members in the executive committee for IPCA (Indian Printed Circuit Association). The associating is a service oriented professional organization comprising of technical experts and leading experts of the PCB manufacture in the country, with the sole objective of promoting the PCB industry / new technology in the country.
He was born in Kolkotta (Calcutta), India on January 30, 1982.
