PEL was set up as an Indo-German Joint Venture with Wagner Schaltungstechnik to manufacture high quality PCBs. Modern facilities and frequent upgrades have allowed us to introduce new systems and features which have resulted in even more benefits for our customers in terms of service, cost, on-time delivery, reliability and quality.

PEL is also providing contract manufacturing services for pilot (sample) run i.e. order of less than 2 sq. mt and low / medium run i.e. less than 25 sq mt.

With front end automation, capabilities have been built in to design and generate phototools and manufacture micro-hole and fine line PCBs of international quality.

Front-end Automation is the very core of our business. Computer aided Designing with PROTEL software for circuit patterns, solder masks, legend and drill programmers, including editing of customers design. Photoplotting single or multi patterns. All production tooling generated from one source of data for perfect alignment.

Micro Drilling at 120,000 rpm with air bearing spindlesand 140 toolpods for uninterrupted high density drilling.

To meet our customers demand of finer lines and smaller drilled holes, we have introduced automatic plating with water conserving spray rinsing, enabling the smallest hole to be plated with exacting consistency. Electroless nickel/immersion gold finish is also available in production, improving the efficiency and reliability of fine pitch surface mount boards.

Hot Air Leveling in Quicksilver line with auto loading, pre-cleaning, fluxing, 4 stage post-cleaning with soft & DI water, followed by drying and stacking - all controlled by a single operator.
