Technical Support teams work closely with Marketing and Supply Chain to handle all product-related customer engagements, be it Product evaluation, Pre & Post Sales support, Training, Project Implementation including I&C, Repair & Maintenance and Life-Cycle Support. Tech Support teams are equipped with seasoned professionals with various industry recognized certifications including Cisco Certified, Microsoft Certified, Red Hat Linux Certified, Project Management Professionals (PMP) and many others. |
